Setting up a corporate account
If you are a corporate client looking to screen staff we are able to set up an account for you, we will require you to complete an account set up form which can be obtained from our offices. In addition you will need to provide us with details of the staff to be screened, this should include name, address, contact number and the type of screen you will be funding, BUPA will then make contact with the employee and book an appointment at a facility local to the employee. Once the screens have been completed BUPA will send an invoice to you for payment.
Personal clients
